According to a Propaganda spokesperson U2’s world service magazine is no long accepting new subscribers. The request to stop accepting subscribers came from U2 and Propaganda had no further information to give.

“In reply to your query, it is U2’s request that we no longer accept
new subscriptions to Propaganda. This was all the information that
was passed on to us, but if we should start accepting new orders, the
website below will provide that information.”

We where told to subscribe to there mailinglist for “upcoming news flashes”
