Bono to be godfather of Jolie, Pitt twins

The couple, who welcomed the arrival of a baby boy and girl earlier this month, were thrilled when Bono immediately accepted their offer.
A source told the Sunday Mirror: “Brad and Angie think the world of Bono. They have been friends for years. Brad is a massive U2 fan and told Bono how much he admired him when they were introduced at a party a few years back.
“Since then, they’ve become very close, which Brad is thrilled about. Angelina is inspired by Bono’s humanitarian work and gets on with his wife Ali Hewson. Ali’s given Angelina some clothes from her ethical clothing range Edun.”
Brad and Angelina will make plans for a christening in the coming weeks. They have yet to agree on a godmother, but insiders suggest that Angelina wants to ask her ex-lover Jenny Shimzu to take on the role.

I am one of the biggest supporters of B’s causes and I certainly understand the “Africa connection” with Pittolie’s…but I am afraid this falls into the “I don’t give a S*** category”.

oops, just read the rest of the article and the fact that ang “gets on” with Ali makes it a little more interesting
Then they throw in her ex Lessie lover to be the godmother…Ang is a bit of a whack job no? Billy Bob ruined her me thinks!

Your not alone jono, but we seem to have a lot of readers but VERY FEW posters. Hopefully we can shake a few regulars into posting.

As far as motivating posters…not sure where they are posting these days as i was originally on interference (mag sub for 20+ years-
I do not like the new interface and since then i have been here and at u2log.
I’m sure most of the posters are still there, but i like your site-
by the way, while i have you…any news from Matt mcgee on his rumor about a november release?
you’d think we would have more info by now if that were the case-

No further news on names or tour details from Matt or any other sources.
As for the discussions here a u2exit the thought was to start a discussion board of our own but it never was made public (until now) http://www.u2exit.com/bb/
There are so many already, seems kinda mundane.
