After releasing their recent U218 Singles compilation and video DVD, U2 are releasing a live album. But you might be hard pressed to find it.
According to a message sent to the band’s fan club members, ZOO2LIVE is a two-hour, double-live album available only to subscribers of U2.com. The album features 24 songs from the band’s ZOO TV tour in the early ’90s. The package also comes in a specially designed sleeve featuring a double-sided poster highlighting the November 1993 show at Sydney’s Football Stadium in Australia.

Hardy U2 fans have been rewarded with exclusive band goodies for queuing at midnight for the supergroup’s new album.
HMV in Dublin’s Grafton Street was mobbed by a large crowd hoping to get the first copies of U218.
The album is the first single disc collection to span the band’s career from 1980 to 2004.

NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) - U2’s Vertigo world tour may soon create a real sense of vertigo among moviegoers as the Irish rockers are planning to release their first 3-D concert film next year.
The untitled feature, being readied for a summer or fall release, will draw from more than 700 hours of footage shot during the trek’s South American leg in February and March. In conjunction with its release, U2 might take part in the first live 3-D performance projected in theaters nationwide.

The band have announced the eighteen tracks that will feature on ‘U218 Singles’ , the definitive ‘best of’ set for release on November 20th - including details of the brand new studio tracks produced by Rick Rubin at Abbey Road.
It will be released on CD and 12” vinyl and as a full length DVD featuring the single promo videos. The collection will also be available as a limited edition CD with a bonus DVD of 10 tracks recorded live in Milan, Italy on the Vertigo//05 tour.
U218 Singles is the first single disc collection to span the band’s career from Boy (1980) to How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb (2004). Also included are two tracks recorded last month with producer Rick Rubin at Abbey Road Studios in London: The Saints Are Coming (with Green Day) and a new, previously unreleased track Window In The Skies.

.. is the title of the single disc ‘best of’ coming in just a few weeks. Featuring 16 of the band’s best known songs, ‘U218 Singles’ also includes two new tracks produced by Rick Rubin at Abbey Road Studios last month. A limited edition bonus live CD comes with it… and a DVD’s on the way too.
Still waiting to hear about the tracklisting on ‘U218 Singles’ but the bonus live CD will feature 10 songs from the Vertigo Tour stop in Milan last year while the ‘best of’ DVD is a collection of videos from ‘U218 Singles’.
The first of the two new tracks is the collaboration with Green Day on The Skids’ ‘The Saints Are Coming’, released as a single later this month.

Irish rockers U2 are set to release another "Best Of" album next month, according to their official website.
The as-yet untitled disc will be released on November 21 in North America and will incorporate 16 of the band’s best-known songs. The compilation will also feature the band’s charity collaboration with Green Day, "The Saints are Coming," as well as one brand new song.

Originally released on VHS in 1994, U2’s "Zoo TV — Live From Sydney," will make its DVD debut Sept. 19 via Island/UME. The release will be available both as a single-disc version and a double-disc package with a host of extras.
