A month ago I purchased the Brazil show on CD from KTS. However one
of the 2 CDs was defective. I have send 5 email messages and a fax
to their fax number used for ordering requesting an exchange. I have
not had one reply from this company. As with any purchase, there is
the old saying of "let the buyer beware", and it applies well to the
new KTS. So I would advise to NOT use KTS for your bootleg purchases,
as you may be left with only half of a concert as I am.
