No, Bono was not at the USA for Africa campfire sing-along. (He was
at the Band-Aid shin-dig that originated the musical movement for
famine relief a few months earlier.)

SONGS TO CUT FOR NEXT TOUR:
Lose Even Better and MysWays. I would have actually been content to
make the concert shorter on PopMart to have just lost EB and MW. I
have seen 50 U2 concerts between April 1987 and March 1998. I fell
asleep once. It was during Mysterious Ways in London last August,
first night. Granted I had jetlag, but still... I breathe U2 and I
fell asleep during one of their songs. That says something.
