I thought I'd put my 2 cents in on the songs to drop/add for the new U2 tour.
I think they should drop MOFO, Until the end of the world, & Desire. Not that
i don't like these songs, they just need to be dropped to make room.
i think they should add (of course this list is longer than the previous)
Stay, Red Hill Mining Town, SBS<electric>, Numb, Trip through your wires,
Staring at the Sun<electric> for those of you who haven't' heard it live
you're really missing out, and If God Will Send His Angels<full song
electric>.(note: these are just a few request. chosen because 1. i haven't
ever heard them live or 2. they just ROCK)
Now of course they're not gonna be able to add as many songs as we'd like cuz
of the new material.
Another thing i wanted to say was i have a friend, who has never been into U2
and mainly stay with harder rock. i try to convince everyone i meet that U2 is
the greatest band in the world. well, unlike the other people this guy
listened to me and listened to a couple U2 CDs. turns out he LOVED them!! i
felt very proud and i wanted to share ti with you cuz you guys/girls can
appreciate it.
Another thing (sorry to be long winded) I heard about Tom Cruise making
"Mission Impossible 2." Let's keep our fingers crossed for Adam and Larry's
genius on the soundtrack.
