Well, Rob, since we all know everything is a derivative, why are you
trying to make is seem as if Bono is the only copycat? Why are you
"flaming" those who disagree with you? I have yet to see a post
agreeing with you except for John's.
The fact is Rob, you just say I twist the truth and juxtapose and give
me hasty generalizations without refuting any particular point I make.
John disagreed with me at first because he thought I defended U2 by
saying they were the "originals" of the personas but when he realized
that all I said in my posts was that eveything is derivative, he took
it back and agreed with me. Other than him (who now agrees with me),
NO ONE LIKES YOU!
Please...STOP IMPOSING YOUR NARROW WAY OF THINKING TO US!!! It's not
like the whole Wire will be brainwashed by your stupidity, but at
least it will be less stress on their eyes as they will have to
contend with one less junk email. Quit it man, you know no one seems
to like your ideas. Wire is a place where there are U2 fans, not
"former" U2 fans, or not for U2-fans-who-think-it-is-still-1987.
Only someone like you could start a stupid debate about a topic such
as "looseness and spontaneity" then you move on to Bono's being a
"chameleon." What's the next topic? Let me suggest: "Edge's
fingernails aren't as sharp as they were in the 80's"... how about
Every artist is a cannibal
Every poet is a thief
