Hmmm...

First, I'm going to ass-u-me Chenna is a female name.
If not, my apologies.

I remember back in 1996 when a person posted the
"track-list" for U2's new album on WIRE. At first
people believed him, until it became obvious this
was fake. Then he was banned from WIRE and
flamed to a crisp. With Joel's new rules in place
if Chenna is lying, well, let's just say it won't be pretty.

Still, at this point all Chenna has given us is
what she supposedly read on a board or scribbled
notes. Even if this information turns out to
be completely correct, the name of an album or song
really doesn't do that much for me. I'm sure most
U2 fans will agree that it's the music itself that matters.

That said, if this is true, I would say that Chenna should
fear for her job. I know I wouldn't want people posting
any notes I had made (or thrown away) at work on the internet!
She's violating the trust that her employers have placed
in her. What she did is basically the equivalent to stealing.
And while I appreciate the risk she took, it also
seems rather immoral.

Furthermore, I think it's a little "too" convenient that
a U2 fan just happens to find a job at Windmill Lane
Studios for the summer. As such, I don't put a lot of
faith in this post. And again, even if it were completely
true, we all know how much U2 change their minds
on songs. What was written there one day may be gone
tomorrow. So overall, I think this info. is a bit meaningless.
She did reveal that U2 are recording, but then others
have stated this much as well.

Now, if Chenna was going to steal ;-D, she may as
well go all the way and wait for something GOOD to
come out! Get that tape recorder out woman! LOL!

Ciao,

John
