It's legit--it's an EP (originally released on vinyl) featuring three
non-album tracks (Fire/J.Swallow/11 O'Clock Tick Tock) and a live version
of "The Ocean" from their Paradise show in Boston, March 1981. My (vinyl)
copy is German, and I believe it was also released in the UK, but don't
know for certain about America! And it was re-issued on CD some years ago,
along with all the other EPs/CD singles, as part of the German/Austrian CD
re-releases.
