That's correct. I take responsibility for my actions. If someone is gonna
take a picture of me on a beach (which is highly unlikely -- but for
argument's sake) then they are gonna take it with my clothes on or not. I
would prefer if they would ask my permission, but "by law" they are not
required if they have gained reasonable access to where I am (i.e., not
peeping thru a window or trespassing on private property).
I do not support the "paparazzi;" however, in public places or even limited
access areas you don't need someone's permission to take a photograph. What
you do with the photo, is another thing. I never said, that the picture was
not in poor taste, I just think there are more worthy things in life to worry
about.

Yes, they did ... and Bono would be the bigger and better man to just let it
go. If the tabloid rag persists to engage in material which is questionable,
then he should pursue legal action.
The point is ... if Bono wants to go to a topless or all nude beach, that's
his right. If someone takes his picture, that is their right. And if someone
sells the picture to a tabloid and they publish it, then they have every right
as well. It's part of free enterprise, whether we agree with it or not.

Then when he passes on the street, walk on by, DO NOT tell him he's great, and
DO NOT ask for an autograph.
If Bono was like everyone else he would not be Bono. Same applies to Adam,
Edge and Larry.
