import questions

On returning to school here in New Orleans, one of the first things I
did was check out the very hip record store right near campus that is
known for having a great selection of imports. There were several U2
however, I'm new to buying imports and I just wanted to get some info on
the ones they had to offer before I spent the $25 on them. They had "The
Lost Broadcast" (or something like that) Vols. 1 and 2. Both seemed to
have very similar track listings which actually seemed to begin kinda
like "The Ultimate 7 & 12" collections. Also, they had "This Ain't No
Swap Meet: A Clearance From the Aisles of PopMart" which had a track
listing containing several b-sides from Boy up through Pop, and some
covers (ie Can't Help Falling in Love and Night & Day). So, just looking
for some info if anybody has any.

Also, about this radio thing in Las Vegas. Well, at least the staions
aren't lying to you. There is a station at home in Austin that
advertises all the time that U2 is part of their mix. You know, they
have commercials with a bunch of "listeners" where the announcer names a
bad and the listeners say which staion they associate that band with and
U2 is one of them along with the clip of WTSHNN in the background of
another station commercial.
Then, on the way down to the French Quarter tonight I saw a billboard
for a station that I listen to here and around the edges of the board it
listed the bands that one would assume would be on their playlist and
again one of them is U2 and U2 is not played very often on this station.
Anyway, I just wanted to say that the false advertising irks me more
than the not playing U2.
