Wire subscribers,
I checked out the "U2 shopping mall" and was a little surprised at what they
had to offer, so I e-mailed Propaganda. I told them that I do not want to
pay someone for somthing if they're ripping off Bono, Edge, Larry and Adam.
Propaganda/U2 replied with the following:

"Thanks. The Zooropean has been misleading people with their so-called
U2 affiliation for years. They sell some official U2 stuff but I just
checked out their website and loads of their stuff is unofficial.. Thanks
again and we'll get on the case right away!"

So - it's up to you. Be careful and don't spend a fortune on something
that is not official, U2 authorized product.. I also have a real hard
time with a so-called "fan" site that doesn't respect the members of the
band enough to keep trash like those Holiday photos to themselves. They are
no better, no they are worse, than the low lifes who took the pictures
because they've put them into a medium where they can be viewed around the
world.. At least the original photos were only seen in France or Italy.
I will not visit the "shopping mall again. If you're so "into" U2 that you
have to know where they are every moment of their lives and what they do in
private with their own families, you really need to fix something in your
own life!
Sorry, but that's just the way I feel.
