Where are these flames that you so publicly got? The Shopping Mall's reply
seemed totally polite and courteous. Chuck wasn't criticizing you for
choosing the slowest method of shipping, he was just pointing out that
since you chose surface mail it would take a bit longer. Stating facts,
that's all. Since when is this considered flaming?
