A Sort of Homecoming, the U2 freak gathering in Vegas, was a blast! As soon
as the pics get scanned, we're sticking them up on the web for all to see.
We may be crazy, but we want to do it again next summer (unless U2 tours
Europe, and then we will reconsider). The planning committee is in place and
is already thinking about Homecoming99.
Homecoming99 may or may not be in Vegas. There was talk of having it in parts
east so that it would be easier for U2 people on the east coast and in the
south and midwest to go. So we're leaving it up to you all.
Here's what we'd like you to do:
1. Let us know if you would like to be or remain on the Homecoming99 interest
list. If you know you aren't at all interested, let us know that too, and
we'll take you off the list immediately if you are currently on it.
2. If you are interested in going, in which one of the following places would
you like to have the Homecoming?
New Orleans
Las Vegas
St. Louis
Cleveland
Chicago
New York City
Boston
Denver/Red Rocks (camping)
3. Send the above 2 things to Liz ([email protected]) in an email by
Thursday, September 24th. The results will be posted to WIRE and mailed out
on Saturday the 26th.
And that's it! We'll take it from there and keep you posted!

know if you want your name removed from our interest list. We don't want to
bug you with unwanted email.
