Zooropa

I think Zooropa is so underrated as a U2 album. I can listen to that album
over and over and hear new things every time. I have to say that the best
song from that album I believe is one of the top 5 U2 songs of all times:
Lemon. The first time I heard that song I couldn't quite grasp it, but
about two years ago I started to listen to the whole album more often and
suddenly the song just struck me. The most powerfull part of Lemon is the
instramental break towards the end of the song (I'm in the library right
now so I can't listen to it and be more specific). And the lyrics just
kill me ("A man melts the sand so he can see the world outside", "Midnight
is where the day begins"). I love the last three albums, and I know that
everyone thinks that AB is such an amazing album, but I would have to say
that to me, Zooropa marks the zenith of their artistic creativity. While
some might wish for another JT, I pine for another Zooropa.
