u2 isnt here to be voted and to be first on charts.
i'm u2 fan and i dont want to be understanded wrong.
they dont need to be first on chart. they dont have to be at chart at all.
chart is for little girls screaming for spicegirls and such bends.
i dont like when someone come to me and says "i'm u2 fan, i think sw98 is
great song." or what ever "hitsong" he says.
it is known thing that best song on some album isnt single release. "hit
songs" is for mases.
i'm also a bit dissapointed by u2. they are going to release "best of". what
they need money? but as first week of sale will have b-sides from 80, i
forgive them. if they asked me i would tell them "release only b-sides". who
in the world needs u2 greatest hits? fans? no.
i would only say one more thing. i saw many mails with "......i have all
bootlegs in the world.......bla bla i put mp3 on my site...........bla
bla......."
if u all think that if you have more bootlegs or better web site then each
other then you are not real fans. real fans have u2 in heart and mind not on
web or on 100 cd of live u2.
also i would like to apologize to administrators of wire for such long
letter.
but i think they will understand.
there are more things that i would like to say and comment but not now. next
time.
