could he have meant Bono?

I just got the Kirk Franklin CD..I like it very much thank you. He has
some little notes of thanks at the end of the booklet where he says...

"God has allowed me to work with sme of the greatest voices of
our time on this project. And regardless of your opinion, they all
love God and are not ashamed of it. <snip>..."

I looked through all the guests vocalists and there isn't one
that I think people would hold any kind of strong opinion concerning
their devotion except maybe Bono...I'll be honest that I don't know a
lot about Mary G. Blige so it is possible that some uptight somebody
might question her belief system..but where would there be a differing
opinion concerning Crystal Lewis or R. Kelly? Or any of the others
besides Bono??? Maybe I'm reading too much into this but for some reason
"Bono" just kind of leaped out from between the lines when I read that.
He's the one Christians talk about and complain about because he's not
behaving the way they think he should. Not that it matters...it was
just caught my attention.
