Hi,
last wednsday (Oct 21st) Israeli channel 1 (11 on cable TV) Aired an
edited sequence of the new video release, It is a dreamchaser production
(like many of U2's) the set starts with afunky "POPMART" concept
cartoons with the metamorphosing POP logo to the sound of POPmuzik than
the picture changes to an overall look of the stadium+LOGO on the
screen-all POPmuzik included.. when the pictures show the band
approaching the stage they turn black n' white (at first I thought
there's some technical problem with the picture) and so they remain
during the intro to mofo when edge's guitar comes in everything blasts
with colors.. it was a reduced set so I'm not sure wether DESIRE is
included or not.. next week there's another part (WEDNSDAY 28th 20:10
Israel time) maybe than I'll know more anyway the last minute of ONE is
on a narrow right part of the screen while the credits slide down on the
left, the whole broadcast was roughly edited to fit 50 mins. but I
noticed that Wake Up Dead man was cut out and I think it's that way on
the commercial video because right after one bono sais "Buenos Noches"
like I heard him say after WUDM on the Mexico Boot (mexican POP art)
(and he sais only once, not twice.) than there was a "DREAMCHASER" logo
and that's all.

maybe I'll know more next week.

the sequence broadcasted was:
1.POPmuzik
2.MOFO
3.I Will Follow
4.GONE
5.Last Night on Earth
6.Until the End of the World
7.New Years Day
8.Staring at the Sun
9.Bullet the Blue Sky (cut out)
10.One>end of the video
end of broadcast

I never seen the Mexico broadcast before so I can't really compare this
first sample of the commercial release with the PPV live Broadcast.

hope I helped someone with that information.sorry for the long post.

Yair. (Israeli fans don't forget watching the coming wednsday on channel
11- the 2nd part.)
