Seeking info from U2 webpage owners, etc

Hi, I'm a journalist here in Las Vegas writing an article on websites
with "copyrighted" material. Basically, it talks about how the Internet
"allows" for the display and transfer of songs, lyrics, images, etc
and has no real laws governing it. I want to talk about fans' webpages
and I was wondering if anyone who owns a U2 website (or someone with
a lot of websurfing experience, even) could possibly answer the following
questions for me. I wouldn't worry about getting in trouble, cos
our paper isn't big enough to have somebody in the position to shut
down websites actually reading it. You won't be portrayed in a negative way.

1. Do you ever worry that people in the U2 camp will ask to shut
down your sites because it may contain lyrics and songs that are copyrighted?

2. How do you feel about obtaining copyrighted music (i.e. mp3's,
etc) over the 'Net? Should people be able to do this or is it really against
the law?

3. How should copyright laws apply to the web, specifically fans'
websites with lyrics, images, songs, etc?

4. Do you shop for bootlegs and CD-R's, or trade for those things, over the
'Net?

Feel free to comment as much as you want. Please include your name,
your age, and where you're from. I'd also like for you to put your
website, but if you don't want to, I understand. Reply as soon as possible to

I will post the URL on Wire when the story is published, and can even mail
you a hard copy if you are published.

I really appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Mike Prevatt
