I'm just going f*ing insane here... No, I'm R*E*A*L*L*Y going insane!!!!
That's simple because everyone's talking about "I got my Best Of!!!! The
number is..." and, since I live somewhere on the way to hell, I JUST CAN'T
GET IT FOR LESS THAN 48,00!!!! Hellllll!!!! I mean, I think I'm getting a
bus right now and going to the next big city around just because of all that
pressure!!! Yesterday I was listening to the radio just to forget that I'd
rater be in POA, in front of Multisom in the line to buy the Best Of, when
my beloved U2er DJ starts saying stuff about The Best Of and the line in
front of Multisom, and then a guy from Polyfram pops up out of nowhere with
some "gifts" to the DJ (In case you're wondering: Mister P or Everson Cunha
;-) the Best Of T-Shirt and the Best Of himself (with the b-sides, of
course...). Then I go crazy, he just starts talking about the CD and how
nice it is, and the tracklist and how beautiful the T-Shirt is.... Then he
phones a guy asking what songs from the B-sides disc he wants him to play...
(and I get Silver and Gold, Halleluja Here She Comes and Unchained Melody on
the radio!!! @_@). Well... All I can tell you is that, even if I slept very
well after listening to lots of U2 in the radio, I got insane... I am
insane... I'm going out today and ask for the Best Of around and see if I
can find it!!! There's a store, on the other side of town that must have it,
since they have some boots... Well, going now!!! LOL!!!
Wait!!! There's something else... In one of my journeys around the CD stores
here I found the "rare" Discoth�que single, brazilian version (if you're
wondering, the rare thing is the fact that all singles here use to be
imports! Only 2 U2 singles were produced here: Who's Gonna Ride... and
Discoth�que. Well, I think, no need to mail me saying that it's not true
;-). So, if any collector out there wants it, I can get it for you, that's
5,99 but I would love to trade it for any other single pre-POP (really,
*any* single!!! Well, maybe not the Even Better Than The Real Thing
remixes... ;-). Well, *now* that's it!!!
Ana, still insane bacause of all this madness!!! And still thinking about
getting on a 3
hour journey just to buy a CD!!! @_@
