I didn't criticize the Audio Quality as I've never heard
it. I'm sure it's as good as you say, but still that
doesn't justify the outrageous price.

That is right, gold lasts longer, but CD-Rs never last longer
than normal CDs simply because they're lacking the
protective surface on the lower side.

But they're missing the protective surface. Just hold
a CD-R against the light, and you can read a newspaper
through it. Now please don't you talk like you
don't know.

Okay, it takes time and money to make the master,
but you know how fast it goes to make a 1:1 copy
of this. So, it's not rare at all since everyone can
make their own copies of it and it'll look just like the
original. With normal CDs, you can't do that.
