Secondly - for all those who say they're looking forward to hearing U2's
new stuff because they've got 'good ol Eno and Lanois' back with them,
just like the old days, I have just one word to say - Passengers.
First off, some wouyld say Passengers was a pretty cool CD (though I suppose
I don't think it was even close to their best work). But, more importantly,
Lanois had nothing to do with the album. Eno did, but it was more in
conjunction with Howie B. Lanois gives the music more of the rock and roll
feel that they need while Eno gives it the "atmosphere".
