Is Mexico vid better than Sydney ???

I'm not sure if this has been covered, but anyway ....

I just got the Mexico Popmart yesterday and was quite dismayed at the
quality of the picture.

I am comparing the quality of the Sydney Zoomerang show vs Mexico
Popmart and Sydney is so much clearer, crisper, more in focus AND Bono's
voice wasn't as bad (not that this is a problem) as it was in Mexico.

Now the only thing that I can figure that has caused the lower quality
of picture is from the 'super-screen' on the Popmart tour. The
continuos bright colours and movement looks to have caused havoc with
all the filming equipment. There seem to be many times when the
camera's can't handle too much of any one colour and distort, much like
an old TV does when the screen is all red and it distorts.

So I think the quality of the Sydney show is leaps and bounds ahead of
Mexico ...... Sorry to those who think otherwise.

Also, don't get confused and flame me saying it was a better sounding
concert, etc cos I think the Mexico and Sydney are equal when it comes
to emotion and excitement, I just the the picture quality is not as
good. I woulda thought that with technological advances in the 4 years
since Sydney would have allowed a perfect recording ????

What are everyones thoughts on this ???
