Please read this whole email before registering. This email talks about our
policies as well as how to register.

SEVERAL ROOMS ARE ALREADY TAKEN, AND IF THE BLOCK SELLS OUT, WE MAY NOT BE
ABLE TO GET YOU A ROOM (the hotel is already almost booked)!!!! REGISTER

Again, the Homecoming is July 22-25, 1999, in New Orleans, Louisiana. We're
staying at the Hyatt Regency.
THE COST
Hotel is $130 a night (single, double, triple or quad), plus tax.
There is also a registration fee that includes:
� a great banquet with dinner and dancing
� a supercool A Sort of Homecoming 99 t-shirt
� your Homecoming99 laminate (VERY professional-looking...thanks, Matt!)
� other possible surprises
Registration is $55 for die-hard-early-birds (Dec. 23rd deadline), $70 for
early registration (May 7th deadline), and $75 for regular registration (June
11th).
The totals below are per person and include your registration fee (for
banquet, shirt and laminate) and three nights hotel accomodation (including
tax) at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans:
Early-early-die-hard registration
(on or before December 23)

2 people in the room ---> $275.95
3 people in the room ---> $202.30
4 people in the room ---> $165.48
Early registration
(on or before May 7)
1 person in the room ---> $511.90
2 people in the room ---> $290.95
3 people in the room ---> $217.30
4 people in the room ---> $180.48
Regular registration
(on or before June 11)
1 person in the room ---> $516.90
2 people in the room ---> $295.95
3 people in the room ---> $222.30
4 people in the room ---> $185.48
To determine your price, figure how many people you want to room with, and
that's your price. Start getting your roommates lined up now!
ROOMMATES
Get your roomies lined up now! Or, if you don't know any other U2 freaks, let
us know, and we can set you up with roommates. If you need a roomie, please
indicate that on your registration form and fill in the appropriate
information.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
We will do everything we possibly can to set you up with roomies. But if you
are in a two or three person room and are expecting more roomies, please be
prepared that there may not *be* anyone to fill up the room. We will do our
extreme best, but sometimes things are beyond our control. In a case where a
room doesn't fill up OR if someone in a four person room decides not to go and
the room suddenly has three people, the remaining roomies MUST make up the
difference. Otherwise, the room is lost and you won't be going.
KIDS AND MINORS
This is probably not the best trip for children. We'll be in New Orleans, and
there will inevitably be drinking, smoking, and wildness in the French
Quarter, and there may be gambling at the riverboat casino. People may get
loud and raucous. Many people feel uncomfortable being around children in
situations like this, and in New Orleans, children are not allowed in clubs or
bars, two places we will definitely be.
So, in the best interests of the children and of ASOH attendees, children
under 16 will not be allowed at ASOH events. Sorry!
If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, you must have written permission
from a parent or guardian on file with Liz (turned in with your registration)
AND that same parent or guardian must speak with Mike and Liz on the phone.
With those two requirements met, you are welcome at ASOH!
REFUNDS
Info on refunds will be forthcoming pending further discussion with the hotel.
