Lately I�ve seen some questions regarding the fold-out version of AB. I
have it too and I believe it was the first edition or something like
that. All I know is that it was widely available when AB was released.
Don�t know about it�s rarity though (but I don�t think it�s worth much
more than the normal edition in the jewel case).
