Hi again folks!

A couple of times a week I get requests from Wirelings wanting to know where
the best places to go to in Dublin for U2 related stuff.....so for the
benefit of everyone I have decided to post a few of places which I think may
be of interest to Wirelings visitng Dublin..............please note as it
would be impossible to compile a conclusive list, this is my own personal
list!!! .....also I don't mention their houses addresses etc. as they are
entitled to privacy.

1.) CD's, Video boots , rare items>> RYTHYM RECORDS along the quays, they
have virtually every U2 boot CD, + video (double CD costs about 28 and
videos 15)...........they also sell real rare items i.e U2-3 (recently sold
an autographed version for 750 Ire), they have first editions 7" of I Will
Follow, Out of Control etc , great posters , postcards, old magazines, They
also sell all the Propaganda CD's like Melon, Orange, Papaya, etc
...........it really is a haven of U2 memorabillia (other bands too!)

2) T-Shirts ---- because of the GH album both HMV and VIRGIN are selling the
complete backlist of U2 shirts.......from the Boy album, through the WAR
album, UABRS live shirts, UF, the Pride t-shirt (with MLK on the front), all
the JT era shirts, Lovetown. R+H, Achtung, One "Smell the flowers", and POP!

3) Books --- upstairs in Virgin and also OUR PRICE on Wicklow St sell all
the U2 books "Bono in his own words", "U2-live", "Wide Awake In
America"etc. the current best seller is "INTO THE HEART" by Niall Stokes, .

4) Pubs -- OK, now here's where it gets tricky.....there aren't really any
pubs with U2 "theme", but popular ones include "The Dockers", "The Clarence
(obviously)", The Baggott Inn, other pubs with U2 in their jukeboxes include
O Briens and the Hairy Lemon.

5) Restaurants -- Bono's brother Norman owns "Tosca" off Grafton Street, for
a more light-hearted meal try Captain America's, U2 pictures on wall etc.

cheers
Dave
