Last night I was sewing and listening to TBO. My mother came in to work
on a skirt. She asked me what I was listening to and I told her. She
knows I'm obsessed!! :-) But she's not familiar with U2's music because
she mostly listens to opera. But she's cool; she was the one who bought
us Beatle albums when we were kids. Well, we listened to "Unforgettable
Fire", etc, etc, and then there's "When Love Comes to Town", and she
recoognizes B.B. King. Then during "Angel of Harlen" she asks me "who's
doing that" and I said "I told you--is something wrong with your memory?
" She said "Good grief, they're versatile! Those are killer blues songs,
and that other song ("Unforgettable Fire") was gorgeous! Now, that's
talent." I said "Oh yes, big time talent."
No argument there, but we did get into a dispute over my costume
patterns!! :-)

Pax,
Patricia
