Not all Americans are Puritanical about it. It's just that the Puritanical
ones won't shut up and they get all the attention while the rest of us are
quietly enjoying our beverage of choice with friends and family at the end
of the day. Or lunch. Or whenever people want to relax and have a
conversation without someone trying to save them from the terrible disease
of being human.
