I haven't heard anything else about this yet, maybe everyone but me knows.
.but anyway :) The New Year's Day video is going to be a Pop-up, on VH-1:

Thursday, December 31 at 7:00 am, 10:30 am, and 2 pm
Saturday December 2 at 9:30 am

It's part of episode #119, which is their "New Year's Special" - a pretty
good lineup, even w/o the U2 (which guarantees that it'll never be played,
and instead we'll get one more rerun of Hot for Teacher):

1999 - Prince
It's the End of the World - REM
New Years Day - U2
We Didn't Start the Fire - Billy Joel
The Future Is So Bright - Tim Buk 3

And just because you're wondering (I know this because I was wondering, so
I took it upon myself to find out), the Stay pop-up video (#105) is airing
again:
Saturday, December 26 at 3:30 pm
Tuesday December 22 at 5:30 pm

None of the other videos (Lemon, One, Still Haven't Found, or Streets) are
airing during this programming period (which runs until the 14th of January).

And while I was at it. . .U2's VH-1 Legends is being rebroadcast:
Saturday, January 2 at 6:00 pm
Sunday, January 3 at 4:00 am

For all of us who were at college and had no way to catch it the first time.

VH-1 is also showing Before They Were Rock Stars 3284732843 times, but none
of the little descriptions mentions U2.

So, anyway, yes. NYD is getting the Pop-Up treatment. This should be
interesting. :)
