Different WAR cd's

The other day a bought WAR from a second hand cd shop but it was
scratched so I exchanged it for another WAR cd. When I got home, I
realised they were different.

One of the disks has red writing on the back cover and the lyrics took
up the whole of the "booklet". On the other cd, the back cover has the
"Island rainbow" border around the outside and black writing, part of
the front cover picture followed around to the back of the booklet, and
there is a photo of U2 on the iside of the front cover. The printing on
the actual disks is different too.

So WIRE, what's going on?
