The shades were designed by Paris designer Alain Mikili especially for
Bono - but were on sale to the public. This explains why they are so
costly. I noticed that Nicola (?) of All Saints is now sporting a
customised pair of Bono Mikili's. That man is ahead fo the times...do
you remember how Fly shades took off once Bono started wearing them? I
also remember at school how leather waistcoats were so cool back in
'87...God I feel old!!
