Rattle and Hum CD-i (not DVD)

A few years ago Phillips released movies in CD-i format, one of them
was Rattle and Hum. It's in the MPEG file format on two CDs -- it
sounds great and looks good as well! Unfortunately it's not the
widescreen version. I don't know if it's still available, (bought it
from "the Good Guys") but it may hold someone over till the DVD
version comes out.

I'm actually looking for anyone else who has this and has been able to
record it using a sound editor. I'm looking to record the sound as
wavs (then mp3). I can't seem to find the right settings to boost the
volume for recording within the computer (I have to turn up the
external speaker volume to thrice the usual volume.) Just wondering
how others may have been able to do it -- without having to amp it
externally then feeding it back in.

Thx,
Marc
