Sometimes this kind of things happen due to ghosts, yes, but what was
the nature of previous "apparitions"? Were all of them connected to U2?
Sometimes it's the "energy pattern" of the place itself that amplifies
our "latent psychic powers" (everybody has them)... Well, explained but
still "spooky"... Take it easy and have fun! As you said, it's a
"friendly ghost"...
