I dont think the point of them pointing these editing mistakes was to
criticize U2, at all........... I think it was merely an observation.
obviously we like them for the music, among other things, but I like
knowing about gliches too, I think it's kinda fun, it shows that the
Boy's are human just like us. and besides, sometimes it's just downright
funny.
like one gliche in the song Unforgettable Fire, its audible that Larry
almost comes in wrong (y'know, with the four stick beats) but then what
isn't so audible is that he says "oh shit"
listen closesly, its rather funny
I hope this clears things up, and please, if I'm wrong about the purpose
of pointing out the editing mistakes, let me know......
