Wire,

Somebody wanted to know how to turn the Rattle And Hum video into a
tape. I've "bootlegged" all of U2's concert videos like this, and
there are two ways of doing it.

1. The best way: Look behind your VCR. You will see to holes, probably
red and yellow. They will say "Audio Out" and "Video Out". Next you
will need your home stereo nearby. You will see a hole similar to the
VCR ones and that will say "Auxilary" or something similar. All you
have to do is connect the two holes on the VCR to your stereo with a
two headed cable and you have an instant connection. Put your stereo
on "Auxilary" setting and hit play. Turn on the tape recorder and any
sound that comes out of the VCR (aka R&H) will be transferred
seamlessly onto the tape.

2. The bastardized way: Get a CD tape adapter from a car kit and find
a tv with a hole in the front for headphones. You will need a two-deck
tape player. Plug the adapter jack into the headphone hole and put
the tape end into your tape player. Put a tape in the second slot and
hit record. The sound coming from the TV will go out the hole, through
the cable, through your adapter and onto the recording tape. This is
very unreliable and I would strongly recommend the first option.

This is a much cheaper way to hear U2 live without paying 50 bucks for
some cheap bootleg. Hope it helps!

See Ya!
