I don't think the album of new material that U2 are working on now is
coming out in April. The stuff I've heard---and it's probably a rumor--
says that the second edition of Best of might come out in April and have
the Rushdie/Bono collaboration on it. I've also heard that this might be
released as a single. April is *way* too early for the new material
album--that's supposed to be November or so. It is the month that
Rushdie's new book will be in the stores. BTW, I work in a library and
we have *everything* Rushdie ever wrote, including, yes, "The Satanic
Verses". April also seems a bit early for the release of Best of Volume
II. But everything is pure speculation at this point as per the band
putting out Album X, and it will be until some official PR announcement
is released.
