It's not really out of print, it never *was* in print in the
USA. The effect is the same when you try to order it, though.
So, unless you want to wait a year or more for a copy that was
origionally bought on import (good luck!), your best bet,
unfortunately, is to order it on import from one of the online
book or CD stores. That's how I got it 4 years ago and I have
a friend that broke down and did it last month, too.
