U2 on VH1 Show

Hey gang,

As I was just laying in bed trying to fall asleep, I was watching this show
on
VH-1 calles "Where Are They Now?". They were on the last "forgotten star" to
close out the show, and it was this little piece on Rick James (Mr. Superfreak
himself). They were talking about all his drug & sex problems, and how he had
turned his mansion into a crack house. The part that "irked" and confused me
was they had "One" playing in the background during this. HELLO? Can someone
please tell me the connection between Rick James drugs problems & convictions,
and a beautiful U2 ballad? I should also mention that all the other acts they
covered (Gloria Gaynor, ABBA, KC & The Sunshine Band) had their OWN music
playing in the background. Rick James was the only piece to use somebody
else's! What are the people at
VH-1 thinking?? I hate to admit that I was even watching an MTV / VH-1 show,
but I couldn't let that slide. I can't tell if it's funny, or upsetting! Not
to mention we ALL KNOW that Bono is the TRUE Superfreak! ;-)

Until next time, my little PopTarts!
