Ok it hasn't snowed here in Bako since I was in jr high. Bono is my age, so
that was a long time ago.Unless I am like Jethro Bodine and am a really old
sixth grader. Anyway,
Then on the Chicago 1200 noon news, I have cable we get WGN here in Bako,
incidently, Cable is kinda good for us insomniacs, but still at 4 am in the
morning I think of "Drug of a Nation" Zoo tv intro deal "150 channels 24 hours
a day. You can flip through all of them and still there is nothing worth
watching."
Anyway They had an entertainment blip about U2, actually more than a blip and
actual story about the new U2 single with that Rushdie guy.
"Ground Beneath Her Feet"
I thought that was cool seeing how there wasn't a lot of meda attention for
POP and stuff but for this single it seems more.
My prediction is that U2 will end the millenium in a big way and reinforce to
the masses that they are still the biggest baddest band in the land!!
YAY
;o)
me
"I went looking for spirit, I found alcohol, I went looking for soul, I bought
some style, I wanted to meet GOD, to sell me religion..." Bono @ POPMART LNOE
