All this rumor stuff about new U2 music has got me excited. I am
anxious about seeing them live again. I have only seen them play at two
places: Arco Arena in Sacramento, California and Oakland Coliseum.
When they tour again I want to see them somewhere new and I want to see
more than one show during the tour and meet some Wirelings.
What are your favorite places to see U2 during their tours? and what
was great about a particular venue? the sound? the stage placement?
the seats? the surrounding area? the food choices? anything else?
I must be kind of bored or obsessed to be thinking about this kind of
stuff. Guess I am just impatient to see them again, and it will
probably be ages before that happens again (is that too negative? or
just realistic?).
Does anyone else love the island of Ireland as much as I do? I was there
for one month in the autumn. I didn't feel homesick there. I was just
looking at the Irish Times live view of Dublin and feeling like I missed
that city so much. and I miss Sligo and Donegal Town.
