Green U2 soccer shirt

hey,
There were a few posts in the last couple of wires I received about
the yellow and green popmart soccer shirts. Me and my mates had quite a
bit of trouble with these and I was wondering if this happened to
anybody else.
I think between all of us we got about 5 of them... I almost didn't
get one 'cos after paying $110 (australian) for my ticket plus a pile of
money to get to Sydney and then more again to stay there plus food etc.
I ended up spending WAY to much (plus I got mugged but that is a whole
other story...) Anyway I decided that I'd spent all this time saving to
go and I missed Zoo I should enjoy myself so I got a few shirts and
stuff, one of which was the green/yellow soccer shirt. It was pretty
cool, heaps different from all the other ones.
when I got back from Sydney (I live in Canberra) I put it in the
wash. I made sure I read the label 'cos my washing experiences in the
past have had some interesting results. Anyway I got it out and it was
totally ruined! all the Green had ran into the yellow and it's now
basically unwearable.
I called up all my friends to see if they'd found the same thing and
most of them hadn't washed theirs yet. We washed one guy's in cold
water... it was ruined. Another we hand washed... ruined. Then we took 2
of them to a dry cleaner who said we needed to soak it in a setting
agent. We tried this and now they look kinda like a tie dyed shirt.
Did anybody else have this problem. I though 'cos they were about $20
more they'd be better quality than the other shirts?
Just though I'd mention it and see if anybody else had a similar
experience
