well, i got home yesterday to find a big box at my door. Inside was a
small box, gold, GH logo, it contains all the singles from the GH CD on
7" vinyl format. They all are in gold sleeves, same look as GH. Also,
with the singles is the booklet that came with the GH CD, but bigger
(same size as 7")...also, includes the GH CD in 2 separate cardboard
sleeves.

ok, here's the weird part! there's also a wood crate with U2 printed on
the side,
1980-1990 on back with pic of a little JT....the entire box is bolted
shut with steel!
(feels like steel!!) THERE IS NO WAY INTO THE BOX!!!! I literally had
to beat it
open with a hammer!! i wasn't too happy about this because I didn't
want to ruin
the box. They must have hired an engineer to construct this thing! it
obviously
was constructed so that you couldn't get into it easily. I was on the
phone with
my friend telling her that it better be bono's head in this box, after
all my hard
work!! Anyway, after about 30 min and 5 lbs (from sweating) i got it
open...it
was the helmet. It has U2 on the front in gold (small letters) and
1980-1990 on
the back in gold. It's just plastic, but it's a nice little gift for
being a smartass on my entry form :)

well i heard today that the crate alone is worth $150 on the street, and
it WAS possible to get it open without damage if only i'd been a little
more patient. But since the only tool I own is a hammer, there was no
other way in, oh well :(
