Tsk, this is one of those posts that actually had me laughing out loud! I
don't mean to be dissing anybody for their ignorance (although I have to
admit I thought you'd know better J - hang on, you don't really think the
Stones are "obscure" or "trying to make a name for themselves" do you?), but
come on admit it, lots of you found it hilarious too.

Paint it Black is a classic Stones tune! And by God was U2's version
horrible! Yecch, why did they bother. . .

For those of you who grew up in the 80s, you'd probably best know it as the
theme of that TV show "Tour of Duty". Oh yeah, it was also played over the
end credits of Kubrick's "Full Metal Jacket". It's got that 'Nam thing
going for it.
