**ERROR**!
I have misreported the URL for the database in a few places. Notice the
lowercase "u" in "u2fdb.html" (below). This is important! Sorry for the
mixup, but the server IS case sensitive whereas my computer IS NOT! The
correct address is:

TIPS/REMINDERS:
*If at any point you want to change your info., just resubmit a new form!
You can do this at any time and it creates no extra work for me.
*Please send photos "Firstname_Lastname.xxx" (where "xxx" is .gif, .jpg, or
.bmp).
*Last name is not optional since entries are sorted and processed based on it.
*The first letter of your last name is where you will be placed
alphabetically in the database.
*If you have a concern, question, or problem let me know!
