We have created a list where U2 fans of different cultures, races, and
lifestyles can freely celebrate U2 from their unique perspectives. We
feel that no group of people should attempt to force its worldview on
any individual. Because each individual views the world differently
does not give her/him the right to dictate or ridicule the views of
others. If you choose to limit your view to your own experiences and
backgrounds, that's your perogative and right. But others -- we -- want
a mailing list where we don't have to hold back a comment simply because
we do not feel comfortable expressing it on a forum where it will be
ridiculed or belittled. So to this end ONE has been created.
