Geraldo, is he out of business or not?

I have been trying to contact the infamous "Geraldo the bootleg guy" for
over a month now concerning an order I placed with him for some CDs. Now
I read on WIRE that he has been arrested? (assuming we're talking about
the same Geraldo)

What was he arrested for? Was it for selling the bootlegs? If so, is
he out of business? SOMEONE PLEASE e-mail me personally about this so
that I can stop wasting my time trying to find out where my Cds are!!
