Hi,

I was just reminiscing myself about this time last year. While the rest of
you guys were out partying I spent most of the evening on a bus coming down
from Belfast. I didn't get to Dublin until half an hour before midnight.
The interesting thing is I might not have been able to get to Dublin at all
since I didn't have an Irish visa. I'd given up on the idea of going, but
fellow Wireling Rory convinced me to take a chance and go since at that time
they were being really slack on border checks. I'm so glad I was able to
spend those days in Dublin, a city I've been wanting to see since way back
when I started reading Joyce in high school. Besides, if I hadn't gone the
banner would have missed the band's hometown gigs, and just think how much
trouble I'd have been in then. . .

Subject: remembering when

Hi all, One year ago today was the start of 2 awesome POPmart shows
in Dublin. I can't believe its been a year. To all of those who were
there, I raise my glass to you. let's all remember such a great time and
the cool gathering at St. Stephen's green. And the webcam at o'connell
st. bridge. And the great party at the Kitchen. And the very expensive
dinner at Jury's. And of course the bouncing lemons. Those of you who
were there know what I'm talking about. Let's just thank the man
upstairs for the ability to enjoy such an event and of course the guys
for years of great music and many more to come.
