Suede-SciFi-Lullabys(B-Sides)

Charlatans UK-Greatest Hits
Wonder Stuff-Greatest Hits
Replacements-Greatest Hits
Greatfull Dead-Greatest Hits
Smashing Pumpkins-B-Sides Record
And i'm sure there are lots more. i have some of these CDs because its
easier than buying everything the artist puts out. Others, like the
Zeppelin
set, I didn't need, cause I have everything on it in some form. This U2
Hits cd
is perfect for my little sister. She has Pop & AB, and now I can buy her
this
and she will have tons of old tunes & good bsides. Maybe this will send
her back
to buy old cds. My point has been made.>>

** I agree with this point Scott has made! this Best of debate is out of
control (no pun intended).... we were all probably thrown aback when the
news of the GH album became true. and yes one part of me is disappointed
because i was really looking forward to a new album but i'm realistic,
it's not like U2 have broken up or called it quits or anything (God
forbid!) and we all know the guys are working on new material so
P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E is the key here geez!
** no one's holding a gun to your head, u can choose to buy it or not.
But i really like, no wait..I LOVE... the idea that people who have
never really been exposed to U2 will get a chance to listen to more U2
songs other than WOWY and ISHFWILF (coz most people think that U2 only
have these two songs! ;) )
** and it is with this reason that i don't want to jump to conclusions
and say that U2 have 'sold out' (i H-A-T-E this term but this is the
whole assumed implication of the GH album and for lack of a better term,
i have to use it)... i'll only think that they've sold out if they say
something like:
"Mua ha ha MONEY MONEY MONEY! screw music it's all about money now!" ;)
[this last statement is a J-O-K--E btw so don't have a cow to those who
would normally have a cow over something like this! ;) ]
** let's wait for a press conference or press release from U2 themselves
concerning this before we proclaim:
"IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!"
