Hi Wirelings,

Another part of the HotPress (No. 21) article:

The Edge was at London's Royal Albert Hall on October 14th to present
BB. King with the MOBO "Lifetime Achievement" award, while the whole
gang turned out for the launch of Amnesty International's One Million
Signatures, One Powerful Message campaign on O'Connell Brigde.
"One of the greatest problems in the world is the cynical idea that the
world can't be changed and that politics and economics are too
complicated to deal with," Bono told the celibrity-studded gathering.
"But with Amnesty it's simple - you can write a postcard and make a
gigantic difference to the life of someone who is in jail or suffering
human rights abuse."

In the name of love
Brigitte
