Someone has vowed to leave Wire after enduring the vile, loathsome,
email list. I *think* I've only known one person to keep his/her
word. Let's see if this one sticks to their promise!
"Honestly, one more flame and I quit Wire." I don't know what
personal hell this person has faced that caused this person to echo
such. Get over it. I don't think the entire mailing list flamed
you. I know I didn't. So don't lay some perceived blame on Wire as a
whole. (I must admit that I'm somewhat annoyed at the self importance
I perceive in the quote, but no matter.) What I truly just love about
this mailing list is that it has always been bigger than any one
person. I've yet to see the fall of Wire over the departure of the
chosen ones.
I call your bluff...
Just for U2 relevance, I am wondering again if anyone has heard
anything on the whereabouts of Martyn, the guy who introduced
Discotheque and Wake Up Dead Man to Wire months before Pop's release?
Or can anyone take me back memory lane?
